Instant Activation is an onboarding feature from Xendit that allows you to activate your account immediately. This means, you can start accepting online payments just minutes after submitting an account activation request.
You are eligible to use Instant Activation feature if you meet the following criteria:
Follow these simple steps to start instantly activating your account in Xendit:
Register your business to Xendit here.
Verify your email address.
Click "Activate your account" in your Xendit dashboard home page.
Choose "Instant Activation" in the Upload Documents section.
Enable access to your laptop built-in camera or similar device
Take a picture of your real KTP and NPWP card and click “Verify Documents”
When your KTP and NPWP are verified, click "Save and Next" to complete your activation request
There are certain limitations on features and products when you activate your account using Instant Activation flow. However, these limitations will be lifted once we have finished assessing your business due diligence (BDD) that may take up to 3-5 business days (starting from when your account is Live).

If we found that your account failed to pass business due diligence after being instantly activated, we will suspend your account and hold your available balance. We allow you to request balance retrieval based on the following rules:
Once your account has passed the money holding period and we receive no complaints/allegations about fraudulent activities in your account, we will send you an email notifying you that your balance is ready to be disbursed to your bank account. Please reply to the email that we sent with all the details we need to transfer your balance and your request will be processed in approximately 3 working days (starting from when we have received all the bank account information).
