Xendit can help you accept money from your customers in Indonesia & the Philippines through the following payment method:

Within these channel groups, there are particular channels that will be instantly activated when your account is turned live, while there are other channels that require additional actions for their activation (non-instant channels). We will explain in more detail in the upcoming sections.
Payment Channels Availability based on Entity Type
A transaction made on behalf of the business both accepting and sending funds is easily help by Xendit with the various payment channels available. Each payment channel applied a different eligibility based on the Xendit account type. Check the following eligibility criteria for each of the payment channels below:

Instantly Activated Payment Channels
When you sign up to Xendit, some of the payment channels are available by default for you to explore and test. Other payment channels require extra activation steps that you need to fulfill via Xendit Dashboard or by contacting our account manager/sales/customer cuccess team.

Non-Instantly Activated Payment Channels
Non-instantly activated payment channels require extra activation steps to fulfill via Xendit Dashboard (Configuration menu > Payment Methods tab) or via escalation to our account manager/sales/customer success team.

1 | I requested for channel activation but it has not been activated until now, why does that happen? | The delay in the channel activation process can be caused by multiple reasons. It can be caused by the delay in our partner and missing requirements (docs, information) among other things. Reach out to our CS team and we will help you to understand more about your channel activation process. |
2 | Can I turn off my payment channels? How? | To turn off payment methods for Invoice users, simply adjust your Invoice payment settings in Dashboard to turn on or turn off payment methods. Future invoice will no longer create the removed payment method. Existing and past Invoices won't be impacted by the adjustment. You can always turn on the payment method again anytime you want by following the same steps. Learn more on how to customize your Invoice here. For API users, remove bank code or channel code value in your API request to turn off a particular payment channel. You can test your changes in Test mode before deploying to Live mode |
