Shopify Payment Flow

Xendit supports these payment methods below to ease You and Your end customer on Shopify:

  1. Bank transfer through Virtual Account which supports:

    1. Bank transfer BCA

  2. Retail outlet which supports:

    1. Alfamart (Alfa Group)

    4. Indomaret

  3. E-Wallet which supports:

    1. OVO
    2. DANA
    3. LinkAja
    4. ShopeePay

  4. Credit Card

    1. Installments

  5. Direct Debit which supports:

    1. BRI (Indonesia)

Payment Flow on Indomaret

Here is the flow of Alfamart payment on Shopify:

  1. When your customers have confirmed their order and filled their shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Alfamart

Here is the flow of Alfamart payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Bank Transfer BCA

Here is the flow of Bank Transfer BCA payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Bank Transfer BRI

Here is the flow of Bank Transfer BRI payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Bank Transfer BNI

Here is the flow of Bank Transfer BNI payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Bank Transfer Mandiri

Here is the flow of Bank Transfer Mandiri payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Bank Transfer Permata

Here is the flow of Bank Transfer Permata payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. After the order is paid, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on Credit Card

Here is the flow of Credit Card payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. Your end customer will input their card information and when clicking pay now and done the 3DS authentication, they will be directed to order received page Notes:
    The installment option will also be available for merchants to be used in Shopify. Simply activate and configure the Cards Installments feature in Xendit. Once the setup is completed, the installment option will be visible based on the minimum amount set by the respective bank.

Payment Flow on DANA

Here is the flow of DANA payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page and can see DANA
  2. After clicking complete order, Your end customer will be directed to DANA page to complete their payment, starting from inputting his/her phone number
  3. After inputting the phone number, Your end customers need to input their DANA PIN
  4. After Inputting PIN, Your end customer need to confirm the payment and click pay
  5. After confirming the payment, they will see the successful payment notification on the page and will be redirected to Your Shopify thank you page

Payment Flow on OVO

Here is the flow of OVO payment on Shopify:

  1. When Your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page
  2. After clicking complete order, Your customers will be directed to our XenInvoice page
  3. Your end customer will input their phone number information and when clicking pay now and done the payment on OVO app, they will be directed to order received page

Payment Flow on LinkAja

Here is the flow of LinkAja payment on Shopify:

  1. When your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page and can see LinkAja
  2. After clicking complete order, your end customer will be directed to Xendit LinkAja page where they need to enter their phone number & click ‘Bayar Sekarang’ to proceed
  3. Then, your customer will be redirected to LinkAja payment confirmation page, where they need to enter their PIN. Click ‘Lanjutkan’ to proceed
  4. After confirming the payment, they will be redirected back to Shopify thank you page

Payment Flow on ShopeePay

Here is the flow of ShopeePay payment on Shopify:

  1. When your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page and can see ShopeePay
  2. After clicking complete order, your end customer will be directed to Xendit ShopeePay page where the QR code of ShopeePay is visible to be scanned
  3. After the payment is completed, the customers will be redirected to the Shopify thank you page

Payment Flow on Direct Debit

Here is the flow of Direct Debit payment on Shopify:

  1. When your customers have confirmed their order and filled the shipping information, they will be directed to Shopify payment page and can see Direct Debit
  2. After clicking complete order, your end customer will be directed to XenInvoice Direct Debit page where they need to enter their customer & card's information, then click 'Pay Now' to proceed
  3. Next, your end customer will be prompted to input a 6 digit OTP code sent to their mobile number. Click 'Verify and Pay' to continue
  4. After confirming the payment, they will be redirected back to Shopify thank you page
