Indonesia & Philippines
- Contact Xendit CS - ID (help@xendit.co) or PH (help@xendit.ph) or your Account Manager to request for Direct Debit Activation.
- Xendit will relay your activation request to the specific Banks for review.
- In parallel, you can proceed with integration and testing by following our detailed guide on our integration page.
- Once done, Xendit will notify you via email upon successful activation.
- That’s it! You can now start accepting live payments via Direct Debit on your platform.
Thailand
Mobile Banking and Direct Debit will be automatically enabled for your account.
Malaysia
- If you are onboarded using a local Malaysian entity, FPX will be automatically enabled for your account
- If you are onboarded using a foreign entity, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Support to request activation.
