Indonesia & Philippines

  1. Contact Xendit CS - ID (help@xendit.co) or PH (help@xendit.ph) or your Account Manager to request for Direct Debit Activation.
  2. Xendit will relay your activation request to the specific Banks for review.
  3. In parallel, you can proceed with integration and testing by following our detailed guide on our integration page.
  4. Once done, Xendit will notify you via email upon successful activation.
  5. That’s it! You can now start accepting live payments via Direct Debit on your platform.

Thailand

Mobile Banking and Direct Debit will be automatically enabled for your account.

Malaysia

  1. If you are onboarded using a local Malaysian entity, FPX will be automatically enabled for your account
  2. If you are onboarded using a foreign entity, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Support to request activation.
