Activation

Follow these steps to start accepting payments through direct debit.

  1. Contact Xendit CS - ID (help@xendit.co) or PH (help@xendit.ph) or your Account Manager to request for Direct Debit Activation.
  2. Xendit will relay your activation request to the specific Banks for review.
  3. In parallel, you can proceed with integration and testing by following our detailed guide on our integration page.
  4. Once done, Xendit will notify you via email upon successful activation.
  5. That’s it! You can now start accepting live payments via Direct Debit on your platform.
