Installation

You can start with 2 different ways:
1. Go to Xendit dashboard → Integrations → Cloudbeds. Then click Install
2. Or, go to your Cloudbeds account→ Apps & Marketplace → Search for Xendit → Click Learn more → Click Connect App

2. Whichever steps that you take on Step 1, you will be redirected to Cloudbeds consent page. Click Allow access (make sure you're logged in to your Cloudbeds account first)

3. You will be redirected to Xendit consent page, click Allow and you will be redirected back to Cloudbeds

4. Xendit should be automatically displayed in Payments > Payment Options > Additional and Custom Payment Methods

5. Make sure you can find is_xendit under Custom Field Name in Guests tab.

Click Edit on the right side of the custom fields table. Then, please also make sure you have Internet Booking Engine checked under Where would you like this field to display?.

6. Go to Booking Engine → Customize. Copy and paste this CSS & JS to the booking engine header:

7. Go to Payments → Payment Options → Bank Transfer, and toggle the switch to activate the payment method

8. Go to Property → Profile → Confirmation Pending, then change What status should direct reservations have by default? to Confirmation Pending

9. Test Xendit checkout by going to Booking Engine → Summary → click your Booking Page link

10. Online Payments via Xendit should be displayed already under Payment Method in the checkout page

11. Click Pay Now and you will be redirected to Xendit payment page

Additional Settings

Changing deposit amount

You can change the default deposit amount to charge your customer.

Here's how deposit amount looks like on Cloudbeds checkout page:

Below is the steps to change the default deposit amount in Cloudbeds:

1. Go to Property Settings

2. Go to Policies and enter the desired amount, then Save. If you want to charge your customer in full amount, you can increase the amount to 100%

Voiding transactions in Cloudbeds

If you ever made a transaction by mistake, you might want to void it.
