Activate payment channels

Find out which payment channels you can use based on your business entity type in the table below. You can use filter or search to find information about specific payment channels.

Activation methods (applicable after account verification)

  • Instant - Available immediately after your account has been verified

  • Dashboard - Available by request on Xendit dashboard

  • Contact CS - Available by request to help@xendit.co

How to activate payment channels on Xendit dashboard

  1. Log in to your Xendit dashboard

  2. Click Payment Channels on your sidebar

  3. Click Activate Payment Channels

  4. Select the payment channels you’d like to activate

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

Note:

  • Some payment channels may require additional documentation or verification

    • Kredivo requires an additional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process after you submit an activation request. You’ll need to complete this UAT to accept Kredivo transactions. Please refer to Kredivo UAT for detailed steps.

  • Some payment channels might not be available for certain industries
