Topping up your Xendit balance is how you add funds for payouts and other money-out transactions. It's important to know that top-ups are not for receiving payments from your customers.
How to top up
On your Dashboard, go to Balance and select a currency
Click Top Up
Select your preferred top-up method
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the top-up
Always follow the top-up instructions carefully to prevent delays. Once you've made a transfer, you can check its status by going to Dashboard → Balance History and filtering by Top Up. Only successful top-ups will appear here, and you'll receive a confirmation email when the funds are credited.

Topping up via SWIFT Transfer
When topping up via SWIFT transfers, you will be asked to complete the transfer and provide the proof of transfer.
After entering your top-up amount, continue to Top-Up Proof and upload your receipt.

Once the transfer has been verified and your funds are credited, you'll receive a confirmation email.
