Instant Top-Up (IDR) via Dedicated VA
Each account has a Top-Up Virtual Account (VA)
Transfer IDR from any bank:
Same-bank – instant
Inter-bank – ≈ 5 min (LLG/RTGS not supported)
Find your VA in Dashboard → Balance → Top Up → Select Bank
Check Status
Dashboard → Balance History → filter Top Up. If missing, open the Pending tab (same-bank usually ≤ 5 min).
