To verify your business, we require information about the Authorized Representative who is completing this onboarding process on behalf of your legal entity.
Who is the Authorized Representative?
The Authorized Representative is the individual who is currently filling out the Xendit onboarding application on behalf of your company. This person will be our primary point of contact for the application process and must be legally empowered to sign documents and make commitments for the business.

The Authorized Representative must complete the following fields in the onboarding flow:

Required verification documents
To confirm the identity and authority of the representative, the following documents must be submitted:

You must upload a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID. You will be prompted to select the type of ID you are submitting:

Please ensure the ID is valid (not expired) and that the photo, full name, and ID number are clearly visible.

If your government-issued ID does NOT contain your residential address, you will be prompted to upload a separate document displaying your address
Any official document that states your residential address (e.g. utility bill, phone bill, tenancy agreement, etc.)
Document must include your full name
Document must be a digital download, not scanned or photographed from a physical document
Proof of Authorization
This document verifies that the Authorized Representative has the legal right to act on behalf of the company for the purpose of onboarding with Xendit.
If the representative is declared in the legal documents submitted, and based on your country’s legal requirements, they are recognized as the authorized representative, you do not need to upload a separate document.
If the representative is NOT legally able to represent the company by their role/title, you MUST upload a formal document proving their authority, such as:
Board Resolution Granting Authority: A resolution signed by at least two (2) Directors and one (1) Company Secretary. This document must clearly state that you are authorized to represent and verify the company's details.
Letter of Authorization (LOA): A formal letter on company letterhead signed by a legally authorized person (e.g. Director) explicitly granting you the authority to complete the Xendit application.
Liveness Verification test
As a final step to verify that the Authorized Representative is a real person and that the submitted documents belong to them, you will be required to complete an active Liveness Verification test.

This process involves using your device's camera to capture a series of movements or actions:
Be prepared: Ensure you are in a well-lit area and that your face is clearly visible.
Follow the prompts: The system will guide you through simple actions (e.g., moving your head) to confirm you are present and alive.
Camera Access: Make sure Xendit has permission to access your camera and that no other applications are currently using it.
Microphone Access (in some cases): Make sure Xendit has permission to access your microphone and that no other applications are currently using it.
Note: You must pass the liveness verification for the onboarding process to be complete. If you encounter issues (like "Camera not accessible"), you may need to check your browser or operating system settings to grant access.
