Activate xenPlatform

Here’s how you can activate xenPlatform via your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Xendit dashboard

  2. Click xenPlatform on your sidebar

  3. Click Activate xenPlatform

  4. Fill in the relevant details about your business and how you will use xenPlatform

The following table explains the information we request from you. Please describe your use case for xenPlatform with as much detail as possible.

Select one of the responses that best fit your use case:

“I want to help my merchants to accept payments from their customers”

Select this option if you are accepting payments and managing funds for other merchants. We will typically ask you to provide KYC information for your merchants.

“I want to better manage my own ledger and/or inventory”

Select this option if your sub-accounts are your own branches or are ledgers that still represent your own business.

Do you have any payment licenses? *

This is applicable if you operate in the payments industry. You may respond with “No” if this is not applicable.

What country are your customers located and/or incorporated? *

This refers to the countries where your merchants (represented by your sub-accounts) are legally incorporated in.

If a chargeback/dispute is filed, who is liable? *

This provides us information about the liable party between your business and your merchants as you accept payments from customers on their behalf.

*These questions will only be asked if you are accepting payments on behalf of other merchants
