Onboarding and Activation

Xendit is happy to help you activate Retail Outlets.  Xendit makes it easy for you to register with our Retail Outlet partners and to go-live within 5 business days.  Payments made via retail outlet will settle into your Xendit account, and funds can be withdrawn to your bank account at a time convenient for you.

Activation Instructions

Follow the following steps to activate Xendit Retail Outlets:

Timeline: ~5 business days

  1. Create a Xendit account and follow our KYC instructions

  2. Enter bank account details (for funds settlement)

    1. Note: This is not required to go-live.  You can add your settlement bank account details later for withdrawal of funds
  3. Activate your retail outlets on your Payment methods settings page

  4. Define your callback URL - Payment Code Payment Callback  (see API guide for details)

  5. Contact Customer Support to get the online KYC form

  6. Submit the form and we will pass it to our retail outlet partner to review.  A response can be expected within 5 business days.

  7. Once you’ve been approved, you’re ready to go! You can now initiate payment codes through API requests.  See our Making RO Payments page for more details.

Try it in Test Mode

Not yet ready to register? No problem! By simply creating a free account with Xendit, you already have access to Development Mode. From there, you can test the Xendit Payment Codes API and simulate payments.  For more information, please see our Testing page.
