API

Merchants can refund successfully paid QR transactions and query existing QR refunds via the following set of APIs. End user should see the amount returned to their bank or eWallet balance immediately after a webhook callback indicating successful refund is received.

QR refunds currently cannot be triggered via the Dashboard. Please contact our Customer Success team to process a QR refund manually. Given the manual nature, please expect a SLA of 14 days before the amount is returned to the bank or eWallet balance of the end user.

Display on Transactions Tab

If a refund of the full amount is requested within 24 hours of payment completion, the original payment will be VOIDED. The original fee and VAT charged will be fully returned.

If a refund of a partial amount is requested or if a refund of any amount is requested after 24 hours of payment completion, the original payment will be REFUNDED. The original fee and VAT charged will NOT be returned at all.

Thailand 🇹🇭

Refund will be processed manually via disbursement with a fee. The original fee and VAT charged will not be returned at all.
