xenPlatform fees

Xendit charges two types of fees based on your xenPlatform usage:

  • Sub-account activity fee: Charged per monthly active sub-account. A sub-account is considered active if it has at least one chargeable transaction (excluding withdrawals and top-ups) within that month.

  • In-house transaction fee: Charged for transfers and split fees between accounts. This fee is accumulated and charged to the platform via indirect billing.

In-house transaction fee calculation

The fee charged is based on the amount that is transferred or split (not the entire transaction amount). For example:

  1. A sub-account receives an IDR 100,000 transaction from a customer

  2. Using a Split Rule, IDR 5,000 is transferred to the Platform upon settlement

  3. The default fee charged for this transfer would be 0.5% x IDR 5,000 = IDR 25
