Monitoring Sub-Account Transactions

Your xenPlatform Dashboard

You can monitor your partner account details and activity on the xenPlatform dashboard. On the dashboard you may:

  • View a snapshot of your Platform payment volumes and performance over time.
  • Navigate into each partner account and track their activities.
  • Pull reports, analyze your partners' transactions, trends, and create thorough analysis.

Accounts Overview

On the account dashboard, you will be able to see all the created partner accounts, along with columns containing the following information:

  • Account name: The name that partner chose when creating the account.
  • Account ID: This is the unique Business ID generated by Xendit when your partner created the account.
  • Account created date: This contains the date of when partner created their account.
  • Account status: This column shows the status of the partner account.
  • Cash balances: This column shows a snapshot of your partner's balance. Cash balances will automatically display your platform’s respective currency.

You can also filter by account creation status modify the date range, and utilize the search bar to easily find accounts.

Account Profile Page

You can also click on the specific account to see more information and details on the account on the Profile tab

This tab will include the following information on this account

  • Name: The name that partner chose when creating the account.
  • Email: The email that partner used to create the account.
  • Account ID: This is the unique Business ID generated by Xendit when your partner created the account.
  • Date created: This contains the date of when partner created their account.
  • Account status: This column shows the status of the partner account.
  • Account type: The type of the account chosen upon creation of the account (OWNED, MANAGED)
  • Cash balance: This column shows a snapshot of your partner's balance.
  • Available payment methods: You can also check what payment methods have been enabled on this account:
    • OWNED accounts will share the same payment details as your platform.
    • MANAGED accounts will need to opt in to enable each of their desired payment method.

Account Activity Page

Navigate to a specific partner account and monitor their activity. You will have access to your partners’ personal dashboard.
