To create an On Demand Invoice on your Xendit dashboard, your Account User should have EDIT permission (please ask your account admin to give you EDIT permission when they invite you as a member). Follow these steps to create an On Demand Invoice:

|Amount per Invoice||Amount that will be paid per invoice. You can set a defined amount per invoice or set an open amount for your customer to fill at checkout.|
|Maximum # of Invoices Created||This is the maximum limit of invoices that can be created using the particular On Demand link. Put “0” if you want to use the link to generate infinite invoices.|
|Count On Demand Creation Every||This defines how you want the limit to be counted. It can be counted based on: |
1. Invoice Paid: the number of invoices that have successfully been paid by your customers
2. Invoice Active: the number of invoices that have been created and can still be paid by your customers (for invoices that are not yet expired)
|Active Duration per Invoice||Time period for which invoice is active and can be paid. Invoices can be active for up to one year after creation.|
|Description||Short description for your end customer to read. You can use this free field to type notes or describe the purpose of the invoice |

When your customer opens the On Demand URL or scans the QR Code, they will see a Customer Information Page for them to fill in with their details.
When they click “Order Now,” they will be redirected to the Checkout page, where they can select the payment channel to pay with, as shown below (see here for the payment flows per payment channel).
Once your customer successfully pays for an invoice, the invoice status will be updated to paid. You can see this invoice under Accept Payments > On Demand > Specific On Demand Transaction.
