Refund

Xendit support refund for any transaction that you have on your WooCommerce store. Xendit supports refund for Credit Card Transaction directly in your WooCommerce admin dashboard.

Please follow this step by step guide below to refund your transaction:

• Go to your WooCommerce order in WordPress setting and select the order that you want to refund (should be the order that is paid with CC transaction from Xendit)

• Click on the refund button

• Input refund amount

• Click Refund with Xendit

• Click OK

• Within one minute or less, your order will be refunded automatically both on Xendit and your WooCommerce Order Dashboard
