One-time activation of Early Settlement

To do a one-time activation of Early Settlement for eWallets in Indonesia, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Xendit dashboard
  2. Search for Early Settlement on the sidebar and navigate to the Early Settlement page
  3. Click ‘Apply Now’
  4. Fill up the relevant details about your business and select the channel (only eWallet for now) you wish to activate Early Settlement on. Click ‘Submit’.
  5. Submit your application. Your application should be processed in 1-3 business days. You will be informed by your account manager or through your Dashboard on the outcome of your application.
  6. You will be able to see new features added to the Early Settlement tab on your dashboard once it has been activated.

Toggling Early Settlement on and off

Once you have activated Early Settlement for a channel, you will be able to toggle Early Settlement on and off as and when you need to.

To find the Early Settlement toggles:

  • Log in to your Xendit dashboard
  • Search for Early Settlement on the sidebar and navigate to the Early Settlement page
  • Scroll down to your Early Settlement configurations, where you can find the toggles on the right of the page.
  • Turning the toggle ‘off’ for a channel would mean that transactions coming through the channel will be settled at the default settlement time. You will not be charged the Early Settlement fee for transactions that are not early settled.
