QR code payments in Thailand uses QR PromptPay, a Thailand QR code standard developed by BOT (Bank of Thailand).

1. On the checkout page, select QR PromptPay as your payment method
2. Screenshot the QR code that appears on your screen
3. Open your mobile banking or e-wallet app, then select from Gallery
4. Choose the screenshot that you’ve made containing the QR Code
5. Make sure the payment amount and merchant is correct
6. Confirm payment

The refund process is limited to the following issuers:

- Partial refund is eligible after 11PM GMT+7 on the same day for transaction before 11PM. Transaction created afterwards will be eligible after 11PM GMT+7 on the next day
- For refund performed outside of the supported list, it will return `REFUND_NOT_SUPPORTED`
