# Mandiri Virtual Account

Mandiri Virtual Account is a payment solution provided by Bank Mandiri, enabling customers to make payments using a unique virtual account number generated for each transaction. When customers select Mandiri Virtual Account at checkout, they are provided with a virtual account number. They can complete the payment through mobile banking, internet banking, or ATMs. Once the payment is processed, you receive an instant confirmation, ensuring a seamless and reliable transaction experience for you and your customers.

## Payment flow

**Mobile banking**

1. Open the Livin’ by Mandiri application.
2. Enter your password or complete biometric authentication on the login page.
3. Select the **Bayar/VA** feature.
4. Enter the **service provider code** in the search field.
5. Select the appropriate service provider, then enter the **Virtual Account number.**
6. Enter the **payment amount**, choose the funding source, then click Lanjutkan.
7. Confirm the payment, then click **Lanjutkan Pembayaran.**
8. Enter your Livin’ by Mandiri PIN, and the payment is successful!

**ATM**

1. Insert your ATM card, then enter your PIN.
2. Select the **Bayar/Beli** menu.
3. Select the **Lainnya** menu.
4. Enter the **Company/Institution Code** (the first 5 digits of the VA number, e.g., 88608).
5. Enter the **Virtual Account number** (e.g., 8860863623046), then input the **payment amount.**
6. On the Payment Item screen, **press 1, then press OK.**
7. Review the information on the Payment Confirmation screen.
8. If the details are correct, **proceed to complete** the transaction.
9. Keep the payment receipt as proof of transaction.
