# INA Virtual Account

INA Virtual Account is a payment channel provided by Bank Ina Perdana, allowing customers to pay seamlessly using a unique virtual account number generated for each transaction.

When customers opt for INA VA during checkout, they receive a dedicated virtual account number. Payments can be made using mobile banking, internet banking, or ATMs. Once the payment is completed, you receive instant confirmation, ensuring a fast and reliable payment experience for your customers.

## Payment flow

**Mobile Banking**

1. Log in to Binadigital app
2. Select "Transfer", "Bank Ina”
3. Input the Virtual Account Number
4. Input the amount
5. Enter your Binadigital PIN
6. You have completed your transaction

**ATM**

1. Insert your ATM Card
2. Choose Language (Indonesia or English)
3. Input your ATM PIN
4. Select "Other Transaction"
5. Select "Transfer"
6. Select "Bank Ina"
7. Input the Virtual Account Number
8. Input the amountYou have completed your transaction. Save your receipt
