Getting started with Xendit is simple. You can start making transactions in just two steps:
Sign up and fill in basic information: This will create your Xendit account and give you immediate access to our dashboard in Test Mode. In Test Mode, you can explore our features, integrate with our APIs, and test transactions with virtual funds.
Verify your business: To accept real payments and make live transactions, you'll need to verify your business by submitting your details and documents. Once verified, you'll be able to switch to Live Mode and start accepting and sending money.

Fill in basic questions about your business
You can choose to verify your business right away, or explore your dashboard in Test Mode
To process live transactions, you will need to verify your business details. This essential step enables Live Mode, granting you full access to our complete suite of features.
How to verify your business
On the homepage of your dashboard, click Verify Business
Fill in your business details and upload your documents. You will need to submit these information to verify your business with Xendit
Business Details - Basic information about your business, such as Legal Business Name, Industry, Business Descriptions, Business Address.
Proof of Business - You will need to submit one or more proof of business. Submitting more information will allow us to more easily ascertain that your business matches the details submitted in the documents. (e.g. website, photo of offline store, or social media links, etc.)
Business Documents - Documents that are required to identify the legality of your business (e.g. Business Registration Document, Shareholder Structure, Business Licenses, etc.). Authorized Representative and Stakeholder Information - Basic information about the Authorized Representative/Stakeholder, as well as, necessary documents required to verify the identity of stakeholders in your company. For more information on the list of acceptable Identity Documents refer to /v1/docs/create-account-regional-1#required-information-documents
Once submitted, we will verify your details within 1-3 working days

Our team will review the submitted documents and verify the information provided.
During this process if you need to update any documents submitted please contact help@xendit.co.
Approval or updates
Upon meeting all requirements, an approval email will be sent, and you’ll be able to start processing live transactions.
In some cases, additional information or document corrections may be needed. We will notify you via email with clear instructions for resubmission. You can directly resubmit the required documents via your dashboard through your email or homepage. For more details please see here
Rejection
If your account is deemed noncompliant to Xendit’s policies, your account may be rejected. For more information, you may reach out to our CS for more help on how to proceed.
Account suspension
If an account is found to be engaging in any prohibited activities (including but not limited to fraud, selling your Xendit account, etc.), the account will be suspended.
When the account is suspended, we will apply a money holding period to the outstanding balance. Withdrawals will also be restricted until after the holding period.
Adding a new business account
To manage multiple businesses within Xendit (e.g. if you have offices in other countries), you can add new business accounts associated with your existing login credentials. Each new business account must undergo the verification process outlined above. After adding a new business, you can easily switch between your accounts using the Switch Business option in the dashboard menu.
