# ECPay Loans

ECPay Loans facilitates loan repayments for various lending companies through its diverse payment channels, including Maya Bills and GCash Bills. By using ECPay Loans, lenders can offer borrowers flexible and convenient repayment options, improving loan collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.

## How to pay

**Maya Bills**

1. Open your PayMaya App

4. Fill in the required details. Please fill out the following information:
  - Account Number: Payment code you given by merchant
  - Amount: Amount due of your payment code

5. Click “Continue” after filling out the form, you will then be redirected to the confirmation page
6. Click “Pay” on the confirmation page, you will then be redirected to the processing page

7. Page will be automatically updated after payment is processed and Done

**GCash Bills**

1. Open your GCash app

4. Fill in the required details. Please fill out the following information:
  - Reference Number: Payment code you given by merchant
  - Contact Number: Your personal mobile number

6. Click on “confirm”, you will be redirected to an e-receipt page after payment is successful. Please note that GCash charges end users an additional convenience fee PHP 10 on top of the amount due.
