ECPay is a payment system in the Philippines that allows customers to pay for online purchases in cash at partner locations, including convenience stores, banks, and other retail outlets.ECPay currently has over 600 Biller and Portfolio partners and more than 490,000 over-the-counter and 3000+ digital touchpoint channels nationwide.

How to pay

  1. Visit your nearest EcPay outlet branch before payment code expires. You may refer to this branch locator

  2. Tell the cashier/staff that you will be making a payment for XENDIT under ECPay eCash Service

  3. You will receive a Transaction Form Slip (differs per outlet)

    Transaction Form Slip

    Please fill out the following information:

    1. Transaction Type: ECCash

    2. Name: Your Name

    3. Biller: Xendit (for Xendit Biller) / Merchant Name (for Merchant Biller)

    4. Control No./ Account No./ Reference No.: Payment Code given by merchant

    5. Amount: Amount due of your payment code

    Example used here is a transaction slip from Rang-ay Bank

  4. Give the filled out slip to the cashier/staff with your payment (cash only)

  5. You will receive a receipt as proof of payment, keep the payment proof from ECPay(
